You can't celebrate St. Patrick's Day without a little green hair, right!?
We made a stop at the Indiana State Fairgrounds to check out the Flower & Patio Show.
We've determined we need an architect to just design our backyard as we have no idea what we're doing! Lots of good ideas to implement but we can't use them all!
Auntie surprised the kiddos with dinner out and a stop at Cold Stone for dessert. That meant we got an impromptu date night which was a nice way to end the weekend!
The following weekend, Bevin and Uncle Steve came down to celebrate Easter. They came with us to the Egg Drop and entertained themselves while we waited for the helicopter to arrive!

Finally, they arrived. It's hard to get a good picture of the drop from your phone but everyone was impressed in person so you'll just have to take my word for it!
We no longer have kids in the youngest group so both had to wait their turn to run out onto the field.
He got his 15 eggs lightning fast!
We came back to the house to show off our mad ping pong skills!
Then we took them to Conner Prairie since it had been at least 15 years since Uncle Steve had last visited the museum.
We had to stop in the barn to check out the new spring babies. This calf was 2 weeks old.

While the kiddos got a bath, my favorite sister made a last ditch effort with me to find an Easter outfit. As we were heading home, we ran into the big guy himself!
And as the weather warms, we see LOTS of these in our neighborhood!
Since we were heading to the 9:00 service with the entire family, the search for eggs and baskets was a whirlwind!

After we were stuffed, the kiddos burned off their meals with an egg hunt.
And ended the day climbing in a tree.
We're so grateful for a Savior that loves us more than we could possibly imagine. The tomb is empty, folks! And for that, we rejoice. Christo Anesti!
