Spring Break 2017 (Part One)

As the weather began to warm in Indiana, the first thing on our list was finding a new dining set for our deck that Ryan completed last year.

BUT we had a big SIXTH BIRTHDAY to celebrate so we headed to southern Indiana for some Big Splash Adventures.  The kids loved the bunk beds!

Since rain was in the forecast for the next day, we made sure to spend at least part of our visit outside.

It was unseasonably warm for early April in Indiana.

Maverick tried his hand at a laser maze.

No trip to French Lick would be complete without a visit to West Baden.

She loves to pose!

There was only one thing on the kids' agenda and that was to have fun.  We spent a brief moment in the arcade waiting for the splash park to open after breakfast.

Cashing in all their tickets.

They loved playing in the water!

Everyone loved the water slides but we couldn't have our phones to take pictures so I only captured them doing the little things at the park.  We have two fun little daredevils on our hands, that's for sure!

Phoebe still loves monkey bars so this was a favorite activity for her.

The lazy river was mine!

Fairly certain this six-year-old loves Rural King almost as much as his daddy!

We celebrated with presents before bed.

And had lots of fun getting all the toys out the next day!

The day after Maverick's birthday is my sister Katie's birthday.  It was fun to celebrate on Auntie's actual birthday in person with the family.  Next we began the countdown for when we could celebrate all the April birthdays together!

The kids voted on seeing Boss Baby in the theater.  Not my proudest moment but the kids enjoyed it.  We were anticipating some visitors from Georgia and needed to do something to pass the time!
