May, Take Two

Nana and Papa came really early Friday morning for a quick trip to Indiana.  While they were in town, we celebrated Mother's Day with Nana.  Phoebe loves to help open gifts.

Maverick just likes to play with paper!

The real reason for their visit was to welcome Parker Lynn Shull who arrived on May 11.  She's an itty-bitty so we didn't get to meet her in an effort to not expose her to all the Wallis germs that seem to hover nearby us at all times.  Papa will be back up for the race so we're hoping to meet her then!

They headed back to Georgia on Saturday so Papa could sing in a quartet at church on Sunday.  It worked out that Uncle Steve and Bevin came to celebrate Mother's Day on Saturday so we headed over to YiaYia and Papou's.  We brought our 3-D sidewalk chalk.

Maverick is VERY ticklish!

Silly Kali sat on the chalk!

Phoebes loves to play with her Uncle Steve!

We headed back to their house after church on Sunday.  Maverick got a huge goose egg on his forehead while we were at another model home Saturday afternoon.  When we picked him up from the nursery at church he had another boo-boo on his chin.  This kid is rough and tumble all. the. time!

Phoebe assisting YiaYia with her gifts as well.

My boys.

See the resemblance? Give it time!

Uncle Steve insists our kids be cultured.

Our cutie enjoying a park.

And lest you think it is just Phoebe who sleeps without abandon, think again.

But she does have more room than he does so she ends up on/off the side quite often.
