Countdown Continued

Here's our happy eight month old!  We took him to the pediatrician this weekend as he's got some very loud breathing going on.  They diagnosed it as a viral cold so we've got the humidifier cranked and the Vicks on his feet each night (not sure if either does any good) but we're praying he gets over it fast.  Either way, he weighed in just over 18 pounds - he's getting harder to lift when he's in his carseat, that's for sure!

Phoebe wanted to get in on the monthly picture action.  Maverick wasn't too keen on sharing the spotlight!

Friday was Phoebe's annual Christmas program at school.  Her class sang "Jingle Bell Rock" and "Santa Claus is Coming to Town."  The first song they sang, she twisted her hair like a nervous habit - we'd never seen her do that before.  We also scored a Vtech Innotab at the silent auction to benefit the day care so we got part of our Christmas shopping out of the way, too!

Showing YiaYia and Papou the videos of her program.

Happy boy.

I bought a gingerbread train kit for YiaYia and Phoebe to do together.  Since she's still wheelchair-bound, I thought it might be easier. Turns out that wasn't the case!

Maverick is very interested in crawling - he's just not quite there yet.

Phoebe loved decorating - or should I say - eating the candy!?
