So we bit the bullet and rented a storage unit. As we begin the process of clearing out all things baby-related and wedding gifts still in their boxes, we plan on officially putting our house on the market. However, at this rate, it may be another month or two before we're finished! I think a joint garage sale with YiaYia and Papou will be the motivating factor mid-September.
After a couple trips to the storage unit, we hit a playground for Phoebe to burn some energy. The kiddo didn't wake up till 10:00 Saturday morning and after a good breakfast, two hours later she ate two yogurts and an entire banana. Growth spurt, perhaps? Outside, the temperatures were back in the 90s this weekend so the slides were a bit warm and required a parent to cushion Phoebe from the heat!
After church on Sunday, we headed to YiaYia and Papou's. While Papou grilled kabobs, we tossed sticks to Kali and Phoebe showed off her unique fashion sense.

And leave it to YiaYia to find something fun to do INDOORS. Shaving cream! At first, Phoebe wasn't quite sure what to do with it, so she barely dabbed her fingers in.
In no time, she was fully engaged and having a blast!

However, all that shaving cream fun had to end. Once it got all over the clothes, hair, floor and windows, we took Phoebe outside to cool (clean) off in the pool!
You'll note the brown grass...we're in desperate need of some rain here in Indianapolis. Ryan and I both agreed we were ready to see the mid 60s-70s reappear and stay awhile...It's hard to believe September isn't all that far away.
